What Complyd is

Complyd is a compliance management platform for UK private landlords. It tracks deadlines, reads and stores documents, and generates standard compliance paperwork.

What Complyd is not

Complyd is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Reports, scores, exposure estimates and generated documents are general guidance based on the information you provide. For disputes or unusual situations, take independent legal advice.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. Compliance obligations remain yours — Complyd helps you meet them, but using the service does not transfer them.

Accounts and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding-member pricing remains locked while your subscription stays active.

Your data and documents

Your documents remain yours. You can export or delete them at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

Liability

We work hard to keep Complyd accurate and available, but we can't accept liability for losses arising from reliance on the service alone, missed deadlines caused by incorrect information provided to us, or matters outside our control.
